MKWC Staff In-Service Gathering, Winter 2023

This past December, the Mid Klamath Watershed Council staff convened for two days of training, skill-sharing, and team-building, followed by our annual holiday party. Between our varying schedules, projects, and work locations, it’s rare for the majority of our staff to be in one place at one time. We took advantage of our time together, with a full schedule of activities, like communication training, tool sharpening, reading budgets, invasive species hygiene, and stress management, to name a few. The goal of this event is to support workforce development, foster teamwork, especially amongst those that don’t often have an opportunity to work together, and recognize and celebrate the wide range of work our team accomplishes throughout the year.
